Text
The commission may do the following:
(1)Take appropriate administrative enforcement or disciplinary
action against a person who violates this article.
(2)Conduct hearings.
(3)Issue subpoenas for the attendance of witnesses and
subpoenas duces tecum for the production of books, records, and
other relevant documents.
(4)Administer oaths and affirmations to witnesses.
