§ 4-37-7-6 — Income appropriated
Indiana·Art. 37 STATE MUSEUM AND HISTORIC SITES·Ch. 7 State Museum and Historic Sites Development Fund
(a)All earned income accruing to the fund is
appropriated continuously for purposes of this article.
(b)Money in the fund at the end of a state fiscal year does not revert
to the state general fund.
