Text
(a)The chief executive officer shall annually
present to the board the needs and requests of the corporation and a
proposed budget.
(b)The chief executive officer shall present the proposed biennial
and board approved annual budget of the corporation to the governor.
The proposed budget is subject to IC 4-12-1 if the proposed budget
includes funding to be appropriated from the state general fund.
