§ 4-37-4-1 — Title to property

Indiana·Art. 37 STATE MUSEUM AND HISTORIC SITES·Ch. 4 General Powers, Duties, and Exemptions

The title to the following shall be held in the name of the state of Indiana:

(1)Property constituting the state museums, except to the extent that the property is subject to a use and occupancy agreement between the Indiana finance authority and the Indiana department of administration.
(2)Property acquired by the board.
