§ 4-36-4-16 — Operations under a pending revocation of an endorsement or license
If the commission proposes to revoke an
endorsement or a license issued under this chapter, the licensee may
continue to operate under the endorsement or license until the
commission has made a decision and all administrative appeals have
been exhausted by the licensee.
