Text
The commission may not issue an endorsement or a license to an applicant if any of the following apply:
(1)The applicant has knowingly made a false statement of
material fact to the commission.
(2)The applicant is found by the commission to lack the
necessary financial stability or responsibility for holding an
endorsement or license issued under this chapter.
(3)The applicant, if an individual, is less than twenty-one (21)
years of age on the date on which the application is received by
the commission.
(4)The applicant is on the most recent tax warrant list.
(5)The applicant, if an individual, has been convicted of or
entered a plea of guilty or nolo contendere to a felony within the
ten (10) years preceding the date of the endorsement or license
