Text
A licensee that offers wagering on gambling
games under this article shall annually pay to the Indiana horse racing
commission a gaming integrity fee equal to two hundred fifty thousand
dollars ($250,000) for each racetrack at which the licensee offers
wagering on gambling games. The Indiana horse racing commission
shall deposit gaming integrity fees in the fund.
