(a)This section applies to slot machine
wagering occurring after June 30, 2013.
(b)For each casino operated under this article, a licensee shall on
July 15 of each year pay two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000)
to the Indiana horse racing commission for deposit in the gaming
integrity fund established by IC 4-35-8.7-3.
