§ 4-35-7-14 — Pari-mutuel wagering on horse racing permitted in slot machine facilities
The commission may not prohibit a licensee
from allowing pari-mutuel wagering (as defined in IC 4-31-2.1-25) at
the facility at which gambling games are conducted under this article.
