§ 4-35-7-11 — Commission approval required to exceed 2,000 slot machines; number of gambling games permitted to be offered
(a)Before January 2, 2021, a licensee may not
install more than two thousand (2,000) slot machines on the premises
of the licensee's racetrack without the approval of the commission.
(b)After January 1, 2021, a licensee may not offer more than two
thousand two hundred (2,200) gambling games on the premises of a
licensee's racetrack.
