§ 4-35-7-10 — Use of tokens and electronic cards

Indiana·Art. 35 GAMBLING GAMES AT RACETRACKS·Ch. 7 Conduct of Gambling Games at Racetracks
A chip, a token, or an electronic card described in section 9 of this chapter may be used by a patron while the patron is present at the racetrack only to make a wager on a gambling game authorized under this article.
