Text
The commission may suspend, revoke, or restrict an occupational license for the following reasons:
(1)A violation of this article.
(2)A cause that, if known to the commission, would have
disqualified the applicant from receiving the occupational license.
(3)A default in the payment of an obligation or a debt due to the
state.
(4)Any other just cause.
