Text

An applicant for an occupational license must submit with the application two (2) sets of the applicant's fingerprints. The applicant must submit the fingerprints on forms provided by the commission. The commission shall charge each applicant a fee set by the state police department to defray the costs associated with the search and classification of the applicant's fingerprints.
