Text

A person may not:

(1)sell;
(2)lease; or
(3)contract to sell or lease; a slot machine, table game, limited mobile gaming system, or mobile gaming device to a licensee unless the person holds a supplier's license originally issued under IC 4-33-7-1 or renewed under IC 4-33-7-8.
