Text
(a)The commission shall require a licensee
to conspicuously display the number of the toll free telephone line
described in IC 4-33-12-9 in the following locations:
(1)On each admission ticket to a facility at which gambling
games are conducted, if tickets are issued.
(2)On a poster or placard that is on display in a public area of
each facility at which gambling games at racetracks are
conducted.
(b)The commission may adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 necessary to
carry out this section.
