Text
(a)This section applies if a permit holder's
employees are covered under the terms of a collective bargaining
agreement that is in effect at the time a gambling game license is issued
to the permit holder under IC 4-35-5.
(b)If a permit holder has nonsupervisory employees whose work is:
(1)directly related to:
(A)pari-mutuel terminal operations; or
(B)money room functions associated with pari-mutuel
wagering on horse racing; and
(2)covered under the terms of a collective bargaining agreement;
the permit holder shall, subject to subsection (c), staff nonsupervisory
positions directly related to the operation of gambling games under this
article with employees whose work is covered under the terms of a
collective bargaining agreement.
(c)The employees described in subsection (b) must
