Text
(a)The commission may issue a supplier's
license under this chapter to a person if:
(1)the person has:
(A)applied for the supplier's license;
(B)paid a nonrefundable application fee set by the commission;
(C)paid a seven thousand five hundred dollar ($7,500) annual
license fee; and
(D)submitted the following on forms provided by the
commission:
(i)if the applicant is an individual, two (2) sets of the
individual's fingerprints; and
(ii)if the applicant is not an individual, two (2) sets of
fingerprints for each officer and director of the applicant; and
(2)the commission has determined that the applicant is eligible
for a supplier's license.
(b)A license issued under this chapter after June 30, 2009, satisfies
the requirements of IC 4-35-6-1 with respect to suppliers for gambling
