Text
The commission:
(1)may issue an owner's license to the person that the
commission determines is best suited to hold the license and
conduct gaming operations in Vigo County;
(2)shall require a person issued an owner's license under
subdivision (1) to promptly deliver to the commission a fee of five
million dollars ($5,000,000); and
(3)may impose other requirements that the commission deems
necessary and appropriate to protect the interest of the state and
the person issued an owner's license under subdivision (1).
