Text
The commission shall review applications and
proposals submitted under section 1 of this chapter and determine the
suitability of each applicant. In determining suitability, the commission
shall consider each applicant's financial integrity and the applicant's
ability to operate an inland casino. The commission shall also consider
the factors in IC 4-33-6-4. The commission may not determine an
applicant is suitable if the commission finds that any of the provisions
of IC 4-33-6-3 apply.
