Text
(a)An operating agent shall undergo a
complete investigation at least once every three (3) years to ensure that
the operating agent remains in compliance with this article.
(b)Notwithstanding subsection (a), the commission may investigate
an operating agent at any time the commission determines it is
necessary to ensure that the operating agent remains in compliance
with this article.
(c)An operating agent shall bear the cost of an investigation or a
reinvestigation under this section.
