§ 4-33-6-5 — Location of riverboat or inland casino
In an application for an owner's license, the applicant must state:
(1)the dock at which the riverboat is based and the navigable
waterway on which the riverboat will operate; or
(2)in the case of an application for an owner's license to own and
operate an inland casino under section 24 of this chapter, the site
of the inland casino.
