6.
(a)This section applies only to a licensed
owner operating two (2) riverboats from a dock in Gary under section
1(d) of this chapter.
(b)The two (2) riverboats operated by the licensed owner must be
taxed separately in accordance with IC 4-33-12-0.7 and IC 4-33-13-0.7.
(c)If:
(1)the licensed owner described in subsection (a) submits a
request for approval to relocate gaming operations under section
4.5 of this chapter; and
(2)the commission approves the request to relocate;
the licensed owner shall terminate gaming operations at the licensed
owner's docked riverboats not later than the date on which the licensed
owner begins gaming operations at the licensed owner's inland casino
under section 4.5 of this chapter.
