§ 4-33-6-11 — Revocation of license
The commission may revoke an owner's license if:
(1)the licensee begins regular operations more than twelve (12)
months after receiving the commission's approval of the
application for the license; and
(2)the commission determines that the revocation of the license
is in the best interests of Indiana.
