§ 4-33-4-9 — Cashless wagering system

Indiana·Art. 33 RIVERBOAT GAMBLING·Ch. 4 Powers and Duties of Indiana Gaming Commission
The commission shall require an owner or operating agent conducting gambling games to use a cashless wagering system in which a player's money is converted to tokens, electronic cards, or chips that may be used only for wagering on the riverboat.
