7.
(a)Section 3.5 of this chapter, as in effect
before July 1, 2015, applies to an injury or occupational disease
occurring before July 1, 2015.
(b)Section 3.5 of this chapter, as amended during the 2016 session
of the general assembly, applies to an injury or occupational disease
occurring after June 30, 2015.
