§ 4-33-4-18 — Criminal history record checks
(a)The commission, through its gaming
agents, shall conduct criminal history investigations of occupational
license applicants and occupational licensees under IC 4-33-8-1.5 for
purposes of carrying out:
(1)the commission's statutory powers and responsibilities; and
(2)rules adopted;
under this article.
(b)For purposes of carrying out the commission's statutory powers
and responsibilities, the commission shall require an applicant or
licensee described in subsection (a) to submit the fingerprints of the
applicant or licensee for review by the state police department and the
Federal Bureau of Investigation:
(1)for a criminal history record check; and
(2)in the form and manner required by the state police
department and the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
