Indiana Statutes
§ 4-33-3-13 — Bond renewal
If the governor determines that the bond of a
commission member has become or is likely to become invalid or
insufficient, the governor shall immediately require the member to
renew the member's bond. The governor must approve a bond renewed
under this section.
