Indiana Statutes
§ 4-33-24-8 — "Licensee"
As used in this chapter, "licensee" means any of the following:
(1)A permit holder (as defined by IC 4-31-2.1-27).
(2)A licensed owner (as defined by IC 4-33-2-13).
(3)An operating agent (as defined by IC 4-33-2-14.5).
