§ 4-33-24-7 — "Licensed facility"
As used in this chapter, "licensed facility" means any of the following:
(1)A satellite facility licensed under IC 4-31-5.5.
(2)A riverboat (as defined by IC 4-33-2-17).
(3)A gambling game facility operated under IC 4-35.
