Text
(a)A licensee's license may be renewed
annually upon a determination by the division that the licensee is in
compliance with this chapter.
(b)A licensee shall undergo a complete investigation every three (3)
years to determine if the licensee is in compliance with this chapter.
(c)A licensee shall bear the cost of an investigation or
reinvestigation of the licensee and any investigation resulting from a
potential transfer of ownership.
