Text
A licensee may petition the commission to
accept the surrender of the licensee's license instead of having a
hearing before the commission. The licensee may not surrender the
licensee's license without the written approval of the commission, and
the commission may impose any conditions appropriate to the
surrender or reinstatement of a surrendered license.
