§ 4-33-22-46 — Reinstatement not available for revoked license; waiting period before reapplying for license
The commission may not reinstate a license
that has been revoked under this chapter. An individual whose license
has been revoked under this chapter may not apply for a new license
until seven (7) years after the date of revocation.
