Text
The commission may reinstate a license that
has been suspended under this chapter if, after a hearing, the
commission is satisfied that the applicant is able to participate at a
boxing, sparring, or unarmed combat match, contest, or exhibition in
a professional manner and with reasonable skill. As a condition of
reinstatement, the commission may impose disciplinary or corrective
measures authorized under this chapter.
