Text
The commission may appoint official representatives, designated as inspectors, each of whom shall receive from the commission a card authorizing the official representative to act as an inspector wherever the commission may designate the official representative to act. One (1) inspector or deputy shall:
(1)be present at all boxing, sparring, or unarmed combat matches
or exhibitions and ensure that the rules of the commission and this
chapter are strictly observed; and
(2)be present at the counting up of the gross receipts and
immediately mail to the commission the final box office statement
received by the inspector or deputy from the person or officers of
the club, corporation, or association conducting the match or
exhibition.
