Text
(a)A person to whom a permit is issued may
not:
(1)hold the match or exhibition at any other time or place;
(2)permit any other contestant to participate in the match or
exhibition;
(3)charge a greater rate or rates of admission; or
(4)pay a greater fee, compensation, or percentage to contestants
than that specified in the application filed before the issuance of
the permit.
(b)Notwithstanding subsection (a), in case of emergency the
commission may, upon application, allow a person to hold a boxing,
sparring, or unarmed combat match or exhibition wherever and
whenever it considers fit within the city in which the person is located
and substitute contestants or seconds as circumstances may require.
