Text
(a)As used in this section, "applicant"
means a person applying for a promoter's license or permit.
(b)The commission shall require an applicant to provide:
(1)information, including fingerprints, that is needed to facilitate
access to criminal history information; and
(2)financial information, to the extent allowed by law.
(c)The state police department shall:
(1)provide assistance in obtaining criminal history information
of an applicant; and
(2)forward fingerprints submitted by an applicant to the Federal
Bureau of Investigation for the release of an applicant's criminal
history information for the purposes of licensure under this
chapter.
(d)The applicant shall pay any fees associated with the release of
the criminal history information of the applicant.
