Text

(a)In accordance with IC 35-45-18-1(b), the commission shall adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 to regulate the conduct of the following:
(1)Mixed martial arts.
(2)Martial arts, including the following:
(A)Jujutsu.
(B)Karate.
(C)Kickboxing.
(D)Kung fu.
(E)Tae kwon do.
(F)Judo.
(G)Sambo.
(H)Pankration.
(I)Shootwrestling.
(3)Professional wrestling.
(4)Boxing and bare-knuckle fighting.
(5)Sparring.
(b)The unified rules:
(1)are incorporated by reference into this chapter;
(2)have the same force and effect as though fully set forth in this chapter; and
(3)apply only to the commission's regulation of conduct described in subsection (a).
(c)If there is a conflict between the unified rules and this chapter, this chapter applies and prevails.
