Text
(a)The executive director of the commission
may appoint and remove deputies for use by the commission. The
commission shall, when the commission considers it advisable, direct
a deputy to be present at any place where sparring, boxing, or unarmed
combat matches or exhibitions are to be held under this chapter. The
deputies shall ascertain the exact conditions surrounding the match or
exhibition and make a written report of the conditions in the manner
and form prescribed by the commission.
(b)The executive director of the commission may appoint and
remove a secretary for the commission, who shall:
(1)keep a full and true record of all the commission's
proceedings;
(2)preserve at its general office all the commission's books,
documents, and papers; and
