§ 4-33-2-17 — "Riverboat"

Indiana·Art. 33 RIVERBOAT GAMBLING·Ch. 2 Definitions

"Riverboat" means any of the following on which lawful gambling is authorized under this article:

(1)A self-propelled excursion boat that complies with IC 4-33-6-6(a) and is located in a county that is contiguous to Lake Michigan or the Ohio River.
(2)A casino located in a historic hotel district.
(3)A permanently moored craft operating from a county described in subdivision (1).
(4)An inland casino operating under IC 4-33-6-24.
(5)A casino operated in Gary under IC 4-33-6-4.5.
(6)A casino operated in Vigo County under IC 4-33-6.7.
