§ 4-33-18-5 — Duties; data analysis and research
The division shall research and analyze data and public policy issues relating to all aspects of gaming in Indiana for the enhancement of:
(1)the Indiana lottery under IC 4-30;
(2)pari-mutuel horse racing under IC 4-31;
(3)charity gaming under IC 4-32.3; and
(4)riverboat casino gambling under IC 4-33.
