Text
(a)If a facility, location, or personal property
is leased for an allowable activity, the rent may not be based in whole
or in part on the revenue generated from the event.
(b)A facility or location may not be rented for more than three (3)
days during a calendar week for an allowable activity. This subsection
does not apply to a festival license.
