Text
(a)A worker or operator conducting or
assisting in the conduct of a casino game night must wear a legible
identification card on the individual's clothing.
(b)The identification card required under subsection (a) must
include:
(1)the person's first and last name; and
(2)the name of the qualified organization licensed to conduct the
event.
