Text

"Allowable event" means:

(1)a bingo event;
(2)a casino game night;
(3)a raffle;
(4)a festival;
(5)a sale of pull tabs, punchboards, or tip boards; or
(6)a gambling activity under IC 4-32.3-4-11; conducted by a qualified organization in accordance with this article and rules adopted by the commission under this article.
