§ 4-31-6-2 — Procedures for license applications; license fees; adoption of rules

The commission shall adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 establishing the following:
(1)Procedures for license applications.
(2)The confidentiality of personal information on license
applications, including an applicant's date of birth and home
address.
(3)License fees.
