Indiana Statutes
§ 4-31-3-7 — Removal of member; notice; hearing
The governor may remove a member of the
commission for malfeasance, misfeasance, willful neglect of duty, or
other cause. Before removing a member, the governor must give the
member notice and a public hearing, unless the member expressly
waives the notice and hearing in writing.
