Text
"Breeder" means any of the following:
(1)The owner or lessee of a standardbred horse's dam at the time
of registration with the commission.
(2)The owner or lessee of a thoroughbred horse's dam at the time
of registration with the commission.
(3)The owner or lessee of a quarter horse's dam at the time of
registration with the commission.
