Text
"Racing official" refers to either of the following:
(1)An individual employed by a permit holder during a racing
meeting whose employment must be reported to the commission
under IC 4-31-5-5 or the rules of the commission.
(2)An individual who:
(A)is employed as an assistant to an individual described in
subdivision (1); and
(B)performs duties integral to the conduct of pari-mutuel horse
racing.
