§ 4-31-13-6 — Disclosure of information by permit holder to commission
Upon demand in writing by the commission,
a permit holder shall furnish the commission a full and complete
statement of receipts, expenditures, attendance, and any other
information that the commission requires with respect to a meeting or
with respect to an accounting period specified by the commission.
