Text
(a)A person who is not a permit holder may
not conduct, or aid or abet the conducting of, a horse racing meeting at
which pari-mutuel wagering is permitted. Each day of racing in
violation of this section constitutes a separate offense.
(b)A person who violates this section commits a Level 6 felony.
