Text
(a)This section does not apply to a
veterinarian licensed by the commission.
(b)The judges or the commission may suspend the license of a
person who possesses:
(1)a drug or chemical that may be used as a stimulant;
(2)a hypodermic syringe, hypodermic needle, or other instrument
that may be used for injection; or
(3)a battery or other electrical or mechanical instrument that may
be used to affect the speed or actions of a horse;
on the premises of a permit holder.
